Mr. Venkat Sujith Puli is a seasoned healthcare management professional with over a decade of experience across hospital administration, diagnostics, healthcare operations, and public health programs. Holding qualifications in healthcare and Hospital Administration, he has successfully led key healthcare initiatives across both private and government sectors.
His professional journey includes leadership roles at Vera Healthcare, where he managed resources and diagnostic services for several public health projects like COVID Testing for the AP and Telangana governments, followed by positions at Promea Diagnostics and Biogene Labs, overseeing diagnostic operations and quality healthcare delivery across Hyderabad. He later served as the Managing Director of Swastha Lifesave Hospitals, Medchal–Malkajgiri, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening hospital operations and enhancing patient care services.
Drawing on his extensive experience across hospitals, diagnostics, and healthcare management, Mr. Venkat founded Care N Heal with a vision to make quality healthcare more accessible, coordinated, and patient-centric. Through Care N Heal, he aims to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers by delivering trusted healthcare support services backed by professionalism, compassion, and operational excellence.
